Our Love Story

Circa 2018: We first met as undergrads at the prestigious Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. Tomiyin (T) was the drama coordinator at Winners Campus Fellowship, while Seyi (SB) was just a regular member😂.

Unbeknownst to T, SB had been nursing a deep crush on her. One evening after service, T approached SB to recruit him for the drama unit. He was hesitant at first, but in hindsight, the Holy Spirit was already setting things in motion. We exchanged contacts, and T added SB to the drama unit’s WhatsApp group.

For the next three years, our only interactions were replying to each other’s WhatsApp statuses—nothing more, nothing less. But in 2023, fate (and fitness) intervened when we bumped into each other again at the gym. And well… the rest is history.
